YCT-14 Semi automatic Plane Rolling Labeling Machine

Machine description:
①This labeling machine is good for all kinds of specifications of square, flat, curved and irregular products on the surface labeling, such as packaging boxes, cosmetic flat bottles, convex boxes.
②It can achieve plane full coverage labeling, local accurate labeling, vertical multi-label labeling and horizontal multi-label labeling, can adjust the spacing of two labels, widely used in packaging, electronic products, cosmetics, packaging materials industries.
③Optional functions: configuration code printer or ink-jet printer, when labeling, print clear production batch number, production date, effective date and other information, coding and labeling will be carried out simultaneously, improve efficiency.
④The adjustment method is simple and only needs to move the height of the press wheel, the position of the label sensor and the slide sensor. The adjustment process is less than 10 minutes, and the labeling accuracy is high, and the error is difficult to be seen by the naked eye. It is the best choice for products with less mass production.

⑥Machine Support Customization.
Working principle:
1.Press the switch after the product is already put in, the machine clamps the product.
2.And next the slide moves backwards and next forwards , when the sensor senses that the slide has reached a certain position, the machine sends out the label.
3.Then the wheel presses the label onto the product until one label is all pulled out.
4.Last, release the product and the machine will automatic restore, a labeling process is completed.

Label specification:
①Applicable labels: sticker label, film, electronic supervision code, bar code.
②Applicable products: Products that are required to be labeled on flat, arc-shaped, round, concave, convex or other surfaces.
③Application industry: Widely used in cosmetics, food, toys, chemical, electronics, medicine and other industries.
④Application examples: shampoo flat bottle labeling, packaging box labeling, bottle cap, plastic shell labeling, etc.
label production requirements:
1. The gap between the label and the label is 2-3mm;
2. The distance between the label and the edge of the bottom paper is 2mm;
3. The bottom paper of the label is made of glassine, which has good toughness and prevents it from breaking (to avoid cutting the bottom paper);
4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm, arranged in a single row.
