Machine description:
①This labeling machine is good for all kinds of specifications of square, round, flat and curved products labeling, such as packaging boxes, round bottles, cosmetic flat bottles, curved boards.
②It can achieve full coverage labeling, partial accurate labeling, double labeling on the front and back of the product, double labeling on the front and side of the product, the use of double labeling function, you can adjust the distance between the two labels, widely used in packaging, electronic products, cosmetics, packaging materials industries.
③Optional functions :configuration code printer or ink-jet printer, when labeling, print clear production batch number, production date, effective date and other information, coding and labeling will be carried out simultaneously, improve efficiency.
④ 1.Adjust method is simple and only needs to move the height of the pressure wheel. 2.Adjust the mold position of the pressing product and the position of the sensor. The Adjust process is less than 10 mins. The labeling accuracy is high, and the error is difficult to be seen by the naked eye. It is the good choice for products with less mass production.

⑥Machine Support Customization.
Working principle:
1.Press the switch after the product is placed in the designated position.
2.The machine will clamp the product and pull-out the label, the wheel on the top of machine will press the label onto the product and then roll until the labeling is finished.
3.Release the product and the machine will automatic restore.
4.A labeling process is completed.
Label specification:
①Applicable labels: sticker label, film, electronic supervision code, bar code.
②Applicable products: Products that are required to be labeled on flat, arc-shaped, round, concave, convex or other surfaces.
③Application industry: Widely used in cosmetics, food, toys, chemical, electronics, medicine and other industries.
④Application examples: shampoo flat bottle labeling, packaging box labeling, bottle cap, plastic shell labeling, etc.
label production requirements:
1. The gap between the label and the label is 2-3mm;
2. The distance between the label and the edge of the bottom paper is 2mm;
3. The bottom paper of the label is made of glassine, which has good toughness and prevents it from breaking (to avoid cutting the bottom paper);
4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm, arranged in a single row.
